According to the agreement, in the next 5 years, two parties will implement cooperation activities in 4 areas, including:

Cooperate in the implementation of programs and activities to promote the development of culture, language, and education in Vietnam in accordance with the functions and tasks of each party.

2. Cooperation in the field of introducing and promoting culture - language - education

Cooperate in organizing cultural, linguistic and educational activities and events to equip Vietnamese people with socio-cultural knowledge and complementary skills, especially Vietnamese students.

Cooperate in the development and implementation of programs to introduce and promote Vietnamese language and culture for foreigners and foreign languages ​​and cultures for Vietnamese people.

Cooperate in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences and exhibitions on education in Vietnam and other countries, in order to provide information to Vietnam students, which are suitable to the strengths, functions and duties of each party.

3. Cooperation in the field of training and human resource development

Coordinate and organize training courses and programs in accordance with the strengths, functions and tasks of two parties.

Coordinate the production of programs and materials for online learning on languages, culture and education in accordance with the strengths, functions and tasks of two parties.

Coordinate and organize exchange programs and provide information related to career guidance for students, contributing to training high-quality human resources to suit the development requirements of the society.

4. Cooperation in the field of international cooperation

Cooperate in building and developing international cooperation programs to create more opportunities for exchange courses and studying abroad for Vietnamese students and opportunities for exchange courses and studying in Vietnam for foreign students.

Cooperate in the development and implementation of Internationally cultural - educational events in accordance with the functions and tasks of each party.
