On June 8, 2026, as part of the preparations for the Japan–ASEAN Symposium on Education (JASE), CLEF held a working meeting with the University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS–VNU) and the Vietnam Association of Japan Alumni (VAJA) to discuss and finalize coordination plans for the International Conference on Education, Language, Culture, and Japanese Studies, scheduled to take place on June 25, 2026.
As a co-organizer of the event, CLEF continues to affirm its role as a facilitator of academic exchange and international educational cooperation, particularly within the dialogue framework between Japan and ASEAN countries. During the meeting, the participating organizations discussed in detail the coordination plan, academic content, and organizational arrangements to ensure both the academic quality and broader impact of the conference.
The parties also emphasized the significance of JASE in fostering an international academic forum where experts, researchers, and educational administrators can share experiences, models, and educational development trends in the context of a rapidly changing global landscape.
The meeting was conducted in a spirit of openness, cooperation, and efficiency, making an important contribution to the preparations for the upcoming 4th JASE International Conference.

On May 26, 2026, a representative of the CLEF attended the 2025–2026 Academic Year Closing Ceremony organized by Everest Primary, Secondary and High School. The event provided an opportunity for the school, together with its teachers, students, and parents, to reflect on a year marked by dedication, learning, and personal growth.
On March 26, 2026, CLEF Institute held a working session with the Head of the Faculty of Japanese Language at Hanoi University of Industry to discuss potential collaboration in Japanese language education and human resource development.
